Super Soft Chocaholic Brownie

Ingredients

230g soft butter
290g sugar
one shot of vanilla extract
4 eggs
300g chocolate (half dark, half milk chocolate; or according to your taste)
100g chocolate drops
200g flour
half a pack (~8g) baking powder
40g cocoa powder
optional: add some chopped nuts

Procedure

1. Melt all the chocolate in a bowl inside a pot with hot water
2. During that, mix butter and sugar until it has a smooth creamy texture. Then add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
3. Add the eggs and mix again.
4. Mix flour, cocoa as well as baking powder (and chopped nuts) in a separate bowl. Then add bit by bit to the rest of the dough. 
5. Now add the chocolate drops.
6. Fill the dough in a form of your choice. My suggestion: take a baking tray, put a round cake form on it and cover it with parchment paper. Then fill dough in here
7. Bake it for about 25-30 min at 180°. When testing, there should still be a little bit of dough sticking on to the tooth pick.
